All About Cases And Settlements Involving Invokana
Invokana is an SGLT2 inhibitor designed to block a specific
protein that helps the body reabsorb glucose in the bloodstream.

Portnoff led an Invokana lawsuit. He had started taking the drug in November

February 2016:

May 2016:
A report indicated that more plaintiffs have led Invokana
lawsuits including Maria Puente and Carlos Puente v. Janssen Pharmaceuticals
Inc. et al. The lawsuit claims that Maria took the medicine for a month and
suffered serious health complications including diabetic ketoacidosis and
kidney damage.
